At EasyMyTrips LTD , we understand that car rental plans may change. This cancellation policy applies exclusively to car rental reservations made through our platform and explains how cancellations, refunds, and related charges are handled in coordination with our rental partners.
1. Policy Overview
All car rental cancellation requests must be submitted to our support team via phone or email. A cancellation is considered valid only once it has been confirmed by our team. Refund eligibility and applicable fees depend on the rental supplier’s rules, booking conditions, and the timing of your request.
2. Free Cancellation Period
Many car rental suppliers offer a free cancellation window, typically available when the request is made at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up time. The exact cancellation window is displayed during booking and varies by rental provider.
3. Car Rental Cancellation Charges
- More than 48 hours before pick-up: Usually eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 car rental service fee.

4. No-Show Policy (Car Rentals)
A no-show occurs when the renter does not arrive at the designated car rental pick-up location and fails to notify us in advance. In such cases:
- No refund will be issued for the car rental reservation.
- A $35 post-booking service fee may be charged in addition to supplier penalties.
- Future car rental bookings may require advance payment.
5. Early Return of Rental Vehicle
If a rental vehicle is returned earlier than the confirmed return date, unused rental days are generally non-refundable. Any potential adjustment or credit is at the sole discretion of the car rental supplier and is not guaranteed.
6. Promotional or Discounted Car Rentals
Car rental reservations booked under special promotions, discounted rates, or prepaid offers may carry strict or non-refundable cancellation terms. These conditions are clearly disclosed before booking confirmation and should be reviewed carefully.
7. Delayed Arrival or Missed Pick-Up
If you expect to arrive late at the car rental location, please notify our support team as soon as possible. While we will attempt to assist, vehicle availability cannot be guaranteed, and unreported delays may result in the booking being treated as a no-show.
8. Car Rental Refund Processing
When applicable, car rental refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation. Refunds exclude non-refundable service fees and any penalties imposed by the rental supplier.
