2. Common Car Rental Post-Booking Fees

Fees vary depending on the type of request and timing. Typical examples include:

  • Reservation Modifications: $20 per change (plus any supplier charges).
  • Name Corrections: $10 per request, subject to rental company approval.
  • Pick-Up or Return Time Changes: $25 per adjustment.
  • Cancellation Processing: $30 administrative fee, in addition to supplier penalties.
  • Reissuing Rental Documents: $15 per request.
  • No-Show Handling: $35 if the vehicle is not collected as scheduled.

3. Supplier Charges vs. Agency Fees

Post-booking service fees are charged by our agency for administrative handling, while supplier fees are determined by the car rental company. In some cases, both fees may apply. Customers are informed of the total cost before any change is finalized.

4. Urgent or Last-Minute Requests

Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled car pick-up time are considered urgent. These requests may incur an additional $40 expedited handling fee due to priority processing and supplier coordination.

5. Non-Refundable Service Fees

All post-booking service fees charged by EasyMyTrips LTD are non-refundable. These fees apply regardless of whether the supplier approves the requested change or issues a refund for the rental itself.
