1. What documents are required to rent a car?

To rent a vehicle, you must provide a valid driver’s license, a credit or debit card in the renter’s name, and, in some cases, an additional government-issued ID. International renters may also be required to present a passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP).

2. What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum rental age is typically 21 years. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Certain vehicle categories may require the renter to be 25 years or older, depending on supplier rules.

3. Can I pick up and return the car at different locations?

Yes. One-way car rentals are available at many locations. You can collect the vehicle in one city and return it in another. A drop-off fee may apply based on distance, location, and vehicle type.

4. Is insurance included with my car rental?

Basic liability coverage is usually included. For additional protection, you may choose optional coverage such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), or roadside protection. Some credit cards may also offer rental coverage—please verify with your card issuer.

5. What happens if I return the vehicle late?

Late returns may result in extra hourly or daily charges. While some suppliers allow a short grace period, this is not guaranteed. If you expect a delay, contacting support in advance can help reduce additional fees.

6. Is roadside assistance available?

Yes. EasyMyTrips LTD provides access to 24/7 roadside assistance for issues such as flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, or towing. Coverage details depend on the protection plan selected.

7. Can I add an additional driver?

Additional drivers can be added at the time of booking or at pick-up. Each driver must meet the same age and license requirements. An extra daily fee may apply based on the rental provider’s policy.

8. Do car rentals include unlimited mileage?

Many standard vehicles include unlimited mileage. However, some specialty or premium vehicles may have mileage limits. Any restrictions will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation.

9. What payment methods are accepted?

Most rentals accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Acceptance of prepaid cards or digital wallets may vary by supplier. Cash payments are generally not accepted.

10. How do I change or cancel my car rental?

Changes or cancellations can be requested through our support team or by email. Fees depend on the timing of your request and the rental supplier’s policy. Reviewing your booking terms before making changes is strongly recommended.
